4pm and on. Tram and rain and a few pedestrians hiding under summer-coloured umbrellas. Finding space in between bicycles and yawning afternoon commuters, trying to retreat to somewhere and just remain unseen. Little success. Meadows, bridges, crossroads, and the river. The world passing by reduced to a sequence of blurred views. The sleepiness of eyelids.

Resting on train seats. Unsure what makes the morning decide whether to actually sit down or just remain standing near the door for these few stations. The outside world but a blurred perception of fuzzy colours and lit windows of lower floor offices, shop fronts, hotel lounges and cars waiting on crossroads, visible enough to go noticed yet passed by too fast to be really seen. 7am and on and not there yet, pondering input and rough mental models and still waking up.

Einiges an Zeit weiter südwestwärts.

Along the way between neighbourhoods. Resorting to old routes, one year later and feeling like ages ago. Sunrise in the back, withdrawing night and new clouds just ahead. Doves on the terrace railings, dense curtains still hiding the appartments across the road. Office kitchen, brief encounters, silent agreement and then off to individual daily business. Not fully here yet.
