Trying to do the lotus, on hard floor, thoughts directed to the tip of the nose while mind is lead astray by the whole slew of visible and invisible stimuli it tries to hold back for a bit. Lack of controlling at least some impulses. Sometimes there's a very short distance between courage and regret.
